Delivery Policy and Information
We process and ship all orders placed online as soon as possible and normally within 2 working days. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas holiday periods). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
If there is any delay to your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Will be made by our couriers between the hours of 8am and 6pm. We endeavour to have all orders delivered to you within 3 working days of the order being placed online (excluding out of stock items).
We do not offer a weekend delivery option online but it is possible if required and where possible we will meet our customers’ requirements. We advise you ring us on 07866 587688
All orders require a proof of delivery, which is normally a signature but our courier may offer delivery to a safe place, which must be agreed by the customer and is left at the risk of the customer.
This delivery policy is strictly only valid for UK mainland delivery addresses. There will be a surcharge for Offshore Islands and Channel Islands.
We do ship internationally but due to the complexity of the shipping charges, as often based on weight, please contact us for delivery costs.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much is delivery?
Our standard UK Mainland delivery charges are displayed within each product description and these charges are automatically added to your shopping basket when you place an order. All final delivery charges are displayed during the checkout process and clearly displayed in your total order value.
For UK Offshore Islands and Channel Islands, there is an additional charge.
For European and International Deliveries, the costs vary so please contact us with your requirements to we can provide a price.
We offer free UK Mainland delivery on orders over £100.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to process and ship orders within 2 working days using a next day delivery service so you should receive your order within 3 working days of placing the order.
If you order multiple items, we may deliver your order in separate consignments.
Will I need to sign for the delivery? Can it be left without a signature?
All our deliveries require some form of proof of delivery, preferably with a signature but can be left with a neighbour or safe place if agreed with the courier. We will provide your email or phone number to the courier who offers a range of options to ensure your delivery arrives to you.
If the courier leaves your delivery without a signature but this is entirely at your own risk.
What happens if the items arrive damaged?
If the goods arrive damaged please sign for the delivery as damaged. Any damages / shortages must reported to us within 24 hours. See our “Returns Policy” for more details.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us by phone or email with the details, within 24 hours of delivery. We may require you to return the item(s), however, we will notify you at this time.
What happens if the product(s) are out of stock when I place an order?
If we are unable to deliver your order within the timeframe specified in the product description, we will contact you, as soon as possible to advise of a revised delivery date or offer alternative products.
Do you offer a next day or express delivery service?
Where possible we will meet you the customers’ requirements and understand that for certain products, an express delivery service is required.
Therefore where possible we can offer next day, timed or weekend deliveries, but we ask you contact us by phone on 07866 587688 to see if it possible and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders? Or any reductions on the delivery charge?
Unfortunately due to the type of products we sell and restrictions as a reseller, we are unable to provide discounts unless a promotional offer is available.
We do free shipping on orders over £100.
Do you do trade prices?
No we do not offer trade prices on our products.
