If you would like to return any product purchased from our website, please carefully read and follow the instructions below :-

If I change my mind and no longer want the items I have ordered?

If you are not happy with the items you receive or you change your mind about the items ordered, you must notify us within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods, by phone or email. Please do not return an item until you have contacted us with your return details and provided us your details. We may also issue a Reference Number for the return.

Once we have confirmed the return details, we ask you to return the goods, well packaged, in their original condition, unused and undamaged, along with your details – name, address and contact information of phone or email.

We advise you return using a tracked delivery service as the returned goods remain your responsibility until we have received them.

Once we have received the goods, we will inspect them and contact you confirming the return is acceptable or if the goods arrive damaged, used or with parts missing, what the relevant costs are which will be deducted from your refund.

We will provide a refund as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods and inspected them, which is normally within 10 calendar days.

If an item is faulty on delivery?

If an item is faulty when it arrives with you, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email with your contact details and a description of the fault.

All our products have exceptionally high quality control systems to reduce the chances of faulty products but in rare cases, it does happen.

We may ask for photographs and details of the fault to help us understand how the fault occurred so we can prevent it happening again.

Follow the procedures outlined in the section “How to return an item?” to return the faulty item(s).

If an item develops a fault under warranty?

If an item develops a fault, check the details of the warranty length is usually provided with the product and if within the timescale, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email with your contact details and a description of the fault.

We endeavour to provide quality products with high quality control processes but in rare cases, faults do occur.

We may ask for photographs and details of the fault to help us understand how the fault occurred so we can prevent it happening again.

How to return an item?

To return an item please contact us via phone or email to confirm the return and provide us with your details, name, address, phone number or email and we may issue a Reference Number for your return.

It is also important to provide a proof of purchase with your return and your details, name, address, phone number or email.

Please ensure the goods are packaged correctly to ensure they are protected in transit and returned via a tracked delivery service so have tracking details and proof of delivery.

Who is responsible for returning the goods?

The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises, so please ensure they are packaged properly to prevent any damage in shipping. Goods returned should be in their original condition and unused, they will be inspected on arrival. If the goods arrive damaged, used or with parts missing, we can take the relevant cost from your refund.

We advise you return the goods via a tracked delivery service so proof of delivery can be obtained. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that we fail to receive, or for those that get damaged when shipped to us.
